Registration info for the 2026/2027 Season.
Registration with the Sicamous & District Minor Hockey Association through the Hockey Canada Registry, opens on June 1st for the 2026-2027 Hockey Season.
Before you Register, please note the breakdown of the fees below to help you understand what’s included:
Rep Tryouts:
If your child is interested in joining a rep team, you don’t need to complete full registration yet—just sign up for tryouts using the link below.
Development & Rep Teams:
Your total registration fee includes:
- Rep Team Fees (approx $350) will be an additional fee after you are placed on a team.
Sicamous & District Minor Hockey requires ALL its returning members to register online, using the form below.
Your Hockey Canada ID number is required - this can be found on any past online registration receipt or by contacting the office. Registration will NOT be considered complete until payment is received.
New to Sicamous? Sicamous & District Minor Hockey Association is offering a discount on registration fees to any player in their first season of hockey. Use code FIRSTYEAR at the checkout.
Registering 3 or more children from the same family? use code 3ORMORE for a discount.
New players must register online and then submit via email to sicamousminorhockey@gmail.com, copies of their Birth Certificate and BC Services Card/CareCard as well as proof of residency (eg. BCHydro bill).
Payment Methods Available:
- Online using Credit Card
- E-Transfer (see instructions below)
If parent chooses not to pay on-line by credit card, the registration will not be complete until payment is made in full.
If you are e-transfering your registration fees, select the cash payment option and please send to sicamousminorhockey@gmail.com
You must include in the memo portion the player(s) full name, Divison and Registration Fee so that it can be properly applied.
Please make the answer "hockey" on all e-transfers.
Players that register and pay before July 15th will be automatically signed up for the Rink Academy Hockey School hosted in Sicamous August 31 - Sept 4th.
To register your returning player through TeamSnap, you will need your child's Hockey Canada ID number. Instructions to retrieve this are below.
- Log into Hockey Canada. If you have never made an account before, you will need to register. If you have forgotten your password, the 'Forgot Password' link now works.
- Once you are logged in, click 'Register a Participant’ button
- Enter your child's name and birth date, and click 'Register' Scroll to the bottom of the page and a box will be there with your child's name, birth date and Hockey Canada ID

Please Note: Early Bird cut off date is July 15th, 2026. Please register and pay in full by this date to have the Rink Academy hockey school included in your registration.
*In addition to the standard registration fees, please be aware that there will also be team-specific fees. These fees help cover costs for extra tournaments, team events, and other activities that enhance our players' experience. We aim to keep these fees as reasonable as possible and will provide detailed information through your team's manager. Thank you for your understanding and support!
